About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Production Support Officer to join our team, providing efficient and accurate support in administrative and back-office operations. This role is essential to ensuring documents and records are processed, stored, and managed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scan forms and supporting documents, including basic quality checks.

  • Separate documents manually and manage items that cannot be scanned.

  • Handle the secure destruction of records as required.

  • Manage incorrectly processed items and resolve exceptions.

  • Perform manual re-scanning and quality assurance tasks.

  • Sort and distribute internal mail as needed.

  • Undertake administrative tasks such as data verification, document enhancement, and quality checks.

  • Perform other duties as required, with flexibility to adapt to operational needs.

  • Note: This role may involve repetitive tasks, as well as physical activities such as lifting, walking, or standing for extended periods.
